DPF machine efficiently removes the PM-10 (Soot and Ash) from the filter, creating a 98% restore from the original state.

DPF Cleaning Process

High Pressure Water

High Pressure water, mixed with Hydro Carbon fluid, is pumped through the filter at a rate of 160 liters per minute.

Blasted Air

Air is blasted to ensure all Soot and Ash is completely removed from the DPF filter.

Washed Filter

To guarantee the best cleaning performance, the filter is then washed on all flow paths.

Drying Process

The drying process ensures no moisture is trapped inside the DPF or sensors to eliminate any potential blockages when reinstalled on the vehicle.
